Bioink: cell density

Cell density is measured in terms of “the optical density at 730 wavelengths”.

Acronyms
O.D. – Optical density
WT – Warwick type (glucose tolerant)
WWT – Wild wild type

Optical density = 1.323 x 50 = 66.15
